1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bku9 platform — including but not limited to its sports betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, jackpot fishing games, lucky bingo rooms, and VIP programme — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their current form, together with bku9's Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all interactions with the bku9 platform regardless of the device used to access it — including smartphones, tablets, desktop computers, and any other internet-enabled device. The Terms apply equally whether you access the platform through a web browser, a saved home screen shortcut, or any other access method made available by bku9.

If at any point these Terms are updated, bku9 will notify registered players through the platform. Continued use of bku9 after notification of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree with an update should cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

2Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain a bku9 account and to use any of the betting, gaming, or promotional features of the platform, you must at all times meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement with no exceptions. bku9 will request proof of age at the time of registration or at any point thereafter, and accounts where the registered user is found to be under 21 will be closed immediately.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or entity.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player from bku9 or have a current active self-exclusion in effect on your account.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player may open and maintain exactly one bku9 account. The account belongs exclusively to the registered player and may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any third party. When registering a bku9 account, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and will promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• You will keep your login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — confidential and will not disclose them to any third party under any circumstances.
• You will notify bku9 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• You will not attempt to open more than one account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bku9 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to transfer any balances to the original registered account or to withhold balances where fraud is suspected.
• You will submit to identity and age verification procedures as required by bku9 at registration or at any subsequent point. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested will result in account restriction until verification is completed.

bku9 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where bku9 has acted in good faith based on instructions received from a person using your registered credentials, provided that bku9 has not been negligent in its security procedures.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits to and withdrawals from your bku9 account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where the payment method is registered to a person other than the bku9 account holder — are not permitted. bku9 reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party payment methods and to request additional verification before processing withdrawals.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your bku9 account and may be updated from time to time. bku9 will notify players of any material changes to minimum transaction limits.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. bku9 may require supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts above standard verification thresholds.
• bku9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bku9's control.
• Deposits made using bonus funds, promotional credits, or any mechanism designed to artificially inflate the account balance without genuine monetary risk are prohibited and may result in the cancellation of winnings and account closure.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, bku9 reserves the right to correct the error by adjusting your account balance, and any amounts withdrawn in reliance on an erroneously credited balance may be reclaimed.

All account balances at bku9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no conversion to or from foreign currencies. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through local payment channels available in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

5Bonuses and Promotions

bku9 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer at the time it is made available, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry periods. General principles governing all bku9 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. To be eligible for a welcome bonus, a player must register a new account, complete identity verification, and make a qualifying deposit within the timeframe specified in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the offer terms for each specific promotion.

• Bonuses not used within their stated expiry period will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

bku9 VIP cashback rewards are credited weekly to eligible accounts at the tier-specific rate applicable at the time of crediting. VIP cashback is calculated on net losses only and is not subject to wagering requirements unless the specific VIP programme terms state otherwise.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the bku9 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — cricket betting, live casino, slots, jackpot fishing, or lucky bingo. Where a conflict exists between a specific product rule and these general Terms, the specific product rule takes precedence in relation to that product only. The following general rules apply across all bku9 products:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. bku9 will not cancel or reverse a confirmed bet or game result except where an evident technical error has occurred that materially affected the outcome of the wager.
• Where a sporting event is suspended, postponed, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body, bku9's cricket and sports betting rules — as published on the platform — will determine whether bets are settled, voided, or carried over to the rescheduled event.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by product, market, and account tier. bku9 reserves the right to apply reduced bet limits to individual accounts where patterns of play suggest arbitrage, professional betting activity, or exploitation of pricing errors.
• bku9 live casino games use real dealers and certified equipment. Game results are final as shown in the live stream. Where a genuine technical disruption to the live stream prevents a game round from completing, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems operated by the respective game providers. bku9 does not control or influence slot game outcomes. Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical return percentages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7Responsible Gaming

bku9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all account holders at any time via the account settings page:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into the account. Once set, a reduction in a deposit limit takes effect immediately; an increase in a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bku9 platform. bku9 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban — where any of the following is detected or reasonably suspected:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.

• Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or evade any action taken against a previous account.
• Any form of harassment, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory communication directed toward bku9 staff, customer support agents, or other platform users.

Where prohibited conduct results in financial gain to the player, bku9 will reclaim all amounts derived from the prohibited conduct in addition to any other remedies available. bku9's determination of prohibited conduct is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the bku9 platform — including but not limited to the bku9 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and proprietary game data — is the intellectual property of bku9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bku9 platform for your own personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the bku9 platform or its content.

Third-party game content available through the bku9 platform — including games developed by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other providers — remains the intellectual property of the respective providers. Use of third-party game content is subject to the terms imposed by those providers in addition to these Terms.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bku9's aggregate liability to you for any cause of action — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your bku9 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bku9 expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any intangible loss, whether or not bku9 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the bku9 platform due to maintenance, system upgrades, network outages, or circumstances beyond bku9's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the bku9 platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions, where that information was published in good faith but contained an error.
• Losses arising from your own breach of these Terms, your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, or your use of the bku9 platform in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or with applicable law.

11Account Suspension and Termination

bku9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action may include but are not limited to:

• Verified or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as set out in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity, age, or payment verification within the timeframe requested by bku9.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, court order, or law enforcement direction requiring bku9 to restrict or close the account.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime involving the account.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than prohibited conduct or fraud, any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure results from prohibited conduct, fraud, or breach of these Terms, bku9 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and to forfeit amounts derived from the prohibited activity.

12Privacy and Data Protection

bku9 collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the platform, including for the purposes of account registration, identity and age verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support. The full details of how bku9 collects, stores, uses, and protects your personal data are set out in the bku9 Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and bku9.

By registering a bku9 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to bku9's legal obligations to retain certain data for anti-money-laundering, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

13Amendments to These Terms

bku9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bku9 will notify registered players by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a communication to the registered contact details associated with your account. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notification.

Your continued use of the bku9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting customer support at [email protected].

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bku9 operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption and fair play standards. Players with a dispute relating to their account, a transaction, a bet settlement, or any other platform matter are encouraged to contact bku9 customer support in the first instance, providing full details of the dispute so that it can be investigated and resolved promptly.

bku9 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a fully documented complaint.
